FAQs about Visitor Parking

The system runs from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 09.00 to 16.00. Sundays and public holidays are free of charge.

Maximum parking is 4 hours per sector. After the maximum parking time has expired, the driver has to move his vehicle to another area otherwise he will receive a parking ticket.

Parking cost is 1.70 € / hour. Registered users pay the costs proportionally to their time of parking. That is, if someone parked for 50 minutes he will pay the due amount and not the amount for a whole hour.

Here you can see through the interactive map the time sales points. The data you will need is the license plate number and the area marked on the information sign which is located on each side of the building block where the controlled parking is in effect.

Totally secure. For your financial transactions, there are all required security certifications. Additionally, every charge is at your command only for the amount of parking time you declare each time.

With online payment (credit / debit card) or by purchasing a ParkPal card from a Point of Sale.

Of course, as a registered user you have a complete record of the history and you can also print it at any time. You can view your transaction history through the ParkPal Application or through your myparkpal account. You are provided with the ability to send your transaction history to your personal e-mail account.

Of course, you can easily register as a registered user through the ParkPal Application, fill in your customer’s license plate number and legalize his parking at your own cost.
