Whom it concerns

Visitor of THESi controlled parking system, in the 1st and 3rd Zone, is considered:

1. Any visitor in Thessaloniki who wishes to park his vehicle within the THES Implementation Zones.
2. Those residing in Thessaloniki but outside the THESi Implementation Zones.
3. Residents in the Implementation Zones who have not Applied to the Municipality of Thessaloniki to obtain the special resident card for free.
4. Residents of the 1st Zone stationed in the 3rd Zone and vice versa.
