Which days and hours is the controlled parking system in effect?
The system runs from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 09.00 to 16.00. Sundays and public holidays are free of charge.
How many hours can I park?
Maximum parking is 4 hours per sector. After the maximum parking time has expired, the driver has to move his vehicle to another area otherwise he will receive a parking ticket.
What is the parking cost?
Parking cost is 1.70 € / hour. Registered users pay the costs proportionally to their time of parking. That is, if someone parked for 50 minutes he will pay the due amount and not the amount for a whole hour.
How do I buy parking time without a mobile phone?
Here you can see through the interactive map the time sales points. The data you will need is the license plate number and the area marked on the information sign which is located on each side of the building block where the controlled parking is in effect.
How secure is the THESi electronic wallet?
Totally secure. For your financial transactions, there are all required security certifications. Additionally, every charge is at your command only for the amount of parking time you declare each time.
How does the electronic wallet top up?
With online payment (credit card / debit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay) or by purchasing a ParkPal card from a Point of Sale.
Can I have a record of my parking and payment history if I ask for it?
Of course, as a registered user you have a complete record of your transaction history in the ParkPal application. You are provided with the ability to download your monthly transaction history through the app.
I am a shop owner. Can I offer my customers parking time as a gift?
Of course, you can easily register as a registered user through the ParkPal application, fill in your customer’s license plate number and legalize his parking at your own cost.
Can I park for free with a blue disability parking card?
Yes! A vehicle with an official disability parking card may be parked for free in the visitor (paid) parking spaces. The parking card needs to be visible on the windshield of the vehicle.
